A Pressurized-Fan Performance Model of Desulfurization System of Coal-fired Unit

A mathematical polynomials model with undetermined coefficients was set up for the adjustable moving blade pressurized-fan performance. The undetermined coefficients were solved by using the Least Square Theory to fit experimental data from different blade openings. Performance parameters of any openings can be obtained from the model equations based upon the adjacent blades openings by using linear interpolation. The calculation examples show that the calculation results of the model meet accuracy requirements of engineering calculation,with the average error below 3%.
