文章概述钟一棠辨治眩晕经验,认为眩晕之作,病因病机不同,对其治疗必须通察整体,辨证与辨病结合,审因论治,有的方矢,才能药到病除.如因痰作眩,辨源以治本,从生痰之源入手,或健脾化痰,或理气化痰,或宣肺化痰,或清热化痰;眩由虚起,须分精气血,常用益气升清,养血荣脑,补肾益精;平肝止眩,别虚实轻重,实者平肝清炎,虚者用苦辛酸降,或滋水涵木;病机复杂,勿拘泥常法,每审因论治,或用益气化痰,养血活血取效,或用润肠通腑收功.
