传统开腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗肠梗阻的临床对比研究

Abstract
目的 探究与分析传统开腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗肠梗阻的临床疗效观察.方法 选取我院收治的60例肠梗阻患者,采取随机数字表法分为传统开腹手术组与腹腔镜手术组,每组各30例,对比两组患者的胃肠功能指标情况及并发症发生率.结果 腹腔镜手术组的肛门排气时间、首次肠鸣音时间及胃肠恢复时间较传统开腹手术组相比均缩短(P<0.05).腹腔镜手术组的并发生率低于传统开腹手术组(P<0.05).结论 采用腹腔镜手术治疗肠梗阻的临床疗效优于传统开腹手术组,胃肠功能改善效果显著.
