摘要
The crude extracts of different organic solvents of Ginkgo biloba leaves presented a stronger antifeedant effect against the larvae of diamonback moth, Plutella xylostella L. In choice test, the antifeedant median concentrations (AFC 50 ) of aether extracts was the lowest, which meant that was the strongest antifeedant effect, followed by the petroleum ester and alcohol extracts, and the weakest antifeedant effect was chloroform extracts. In no-choice test, the sequences of antifeedant effect were aetheralcoholpetroleum ester chloroform extracts. All crude extracts above mentioned had a significant growth inhibition against the larvae of P. xylostella, but had no significant oviposition deterrence against P. xylostella adults.
