Abstract
目的:评估心电图ST段改变在冠心病诊断中的意义.方法:以冠状动脉造影为金标准,与心电图ST段改变作比较,计算心电图的灵敏度和特异度等指标.结果:灵敏度53.85%;特异度84.21%;符合率61.97%;阳性预测值90.32%;阴性预测值40.00%.结论:心电图ST段改变在冠心病诊断中灵敏度太低,特异度尚可.
