Abstract
在室内采用生长速率法和凹玻片法测定6种杀菌剂对葡萄炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)孢子萌发和菌丝生长的抑制效果.结果表明,吡唑醚菌酯对病菌的孢子萌发抑制效果最显著,EC50达0.0129 mg/L;其次为福美双,EC50为0.2309 mg/L.戊唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯、多菌灵、苯醚甲环唑对抑制病菌菌丝生长具有良好效果,EC50均小于1mg/L;其次为福美双,EC50值为11.6873 mg/L.
