Abstract
目的 建立仙灵骨葆颗粒的薄层鉴别及含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供依据.方法 采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中补骨脂、丹参、续断进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对方中淫羊藿的有效成分淫羊藿苷进行含量测定.结果 薄层鉴别项斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰;含量测定项线性关系良好(r =0.9999),平均回收率为98.0％.结论 本方法可以准确地进行定性、定量分析,可用于仙灵骨葆颗粒的质量控制.
