Abstract
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定复方呋喃西林滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量.方法 色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸(35:65)(每100 mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:210 nm;柱温:30 ℃.结果 盐酸麻黄碱的线性范围为10.00~200.0 μg/mL.平均回收率为99.99%,RSD为0.54%(n=6).结论 本方法 快速、简便,可提高含量测定结果 的准确性.
