Abstract
以钛酸四丁酯和硝酸钇为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂Y的TiO2纳米材料,通过XRD、TEM对产物的晶体结构、晶粒大小、形貌进行了表征,TG-DTA研究了TiO2在锐钛型和金红石型之间的晶型转变过程.结果表明,产物为纳米微粒,平均粒径为30nm左右.
