目的:探讨安定对有机磷农药中毒常规治疗的改善作用.方法:采用正交试验设计,观察安定对敌敌畏和氧乐果中毒小鼠存活时间、震颤时间、翻正反射消失时间的影响.结果:安定能显著延长中毒小鼠的存活时间,明显改善肌震颤和抽搐等症状,且与阿托品有较强的协同作用.结论:可以将安定纳入有机磷农药中毒的常规治疗药物.
