患者男,42岁.头面、躯干、四肢红斑、丘疹、斑块、鳞屑1年余.实验室检查:WBC 3.04×109/L,PLT77×109/L,RBC正常.补体C30.16g/L,C40.12g/L,ANA(+)1:40均质型,dsDNA(-),SSA-Ab(+).背部皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,基底细胞液化变性,真皮浅中层血管周围较多淋巴细胞、少许组织细胞浸润.诊断:丘疹鳞屑型亚急性皮肤型红斑狼疮.
