Abstract
Objective:To observe the metformin combined with energy intake restriction and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods:78 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver patients were divided into two groups,were given metformin and polyene phosphatidyl choline capsules(Essentiale)treatment,observed two sets of monthly treatment effect after the end of treatment biochemical markers and liver B.Results:The patients in the improvement of clinical symptoms,liver function improved,the total effective rate was no significant difference(P0.05),lipids decreased and liver B-improvement rate differences(P0.05),adverse reaction rates than is low.Conclusion:Metformin joint energy intake control efficacy in patients with treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver,security,and have some effect in lowering blood pressure.
