Design on Intelligent Pressing Device for Automotive Engine Cylinder Head

For solving the problem of lowproduction efficiency and lowprecision press-fit,the intelligent pressing device system of automotive engine cylinder head was discussed in this paper. Under the concept of intelligent pressing device designing for cylinder head catheter and valve seat,it has completed structural design on pressure mechanism device; according to the modern sensor,digital control technology etc.,it realized the intelligent adjustment of pressing process and control requirements,and the precision press-fit and production quality are enhanced by C-type press-fit balancing device.
