摘要
On the basis of single factor experiment and two-level design,the main factors effecting flavone extraction from Ampelosis grossedentata are:the extracting temperature,the volume fraction of alcohol and the mass ratio of material to alcohol.Through response surface analysis,the optimal flavone extraction conditions are:extraction temperature 80℃,alcohol volume fraction 70%,the mass ratio of material to alcohol 1:30 and twice extraction.
