摘要
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Bacillus coagulans on performance, serum biochemical indices and antioxidant function of yellowbroilers.A total of 360 one-day-old yellowbroilers were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 chicks per replicate.Broilers in the control group(group Ⅰ) were fed a basal diet, and broilers in groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed the basal diet added with 100,200 and 300 mg/kg Bacillus coagulans(viable count was 1 × 109 CFU/g),respectively.The experiment lasted for 70 days. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group,1) diet added200 mg/kg Bacillus coagulans significantly increased average daily gain, survival rate and percentage of breast muscle(P 0.05),and significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain in the whole period(P 0.05).2) Diet added 200 mg/kg Bacillus coagulans significantly increased serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity at age of 28 and 70 days(P 0.01 or P 0.05),and significantly increased the content of albumin(ALB) and total protein(TP) in serum at age of 70 days(P 0.05),and significantly decreased the content of urea nitrogen(UN) in serum at age of 70 days(P0.01).3) Diet added 200 mg/kg Bacillus coagulans significantly increased serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity at age of 28 and 70 days and catalase(CAT) activity at age of 70 days(P 0.05),and significantly decreased serum malondialdehyde(MDA) content at age of 28 and 70 days(P 0.01 or P 0.05).In conclusion, base on indices of performance, serum biochemical indices and antioxidant function, the effects of adding 200 mg/kg(2 ×108CFU/kg) Bacillus coagulans in the diet of yellowbroilers aged from 1 to 70 days are optimal.
