利巴韦林生产废液处理的工艺研究

Abstract
通过树脂的静态、动态实验吸附和层析研究,确定利用离子交换树脂层析法分离提纯利巴韦林生产废液的最佳工艺.选LSD树脂为层析介质,料液溶剂为90%乙醇水溶液,用90%乙醇水溶液和纯水进行两阶逐次洗脱.该工艺使利巴韦林的浓度由不到10%浓缩到95%以上,分离效果较好,再通过浓缩结晶得到合格的利巴韦林产品.整个工艺过程简单、无外添加物,不使用有毒溶剂、能耗小.
