Problems of Labor Management in Coal Mine Enterprises and Countermeasures

The irregularity in labor management of coal enterprises was analyzed, which limited the development of enterprises and social economy and affected the construction of harmonious society,including labor employment, staff recruitment and training, labor contract management, occupational health and safety management, labor dispute processing,etc. Countermeasures were proposed including management mode,the concept ofhumanistic management,alleviating the labor tension,and improving the mechanism of training,to stabilize the coal mine staff,optimize the harmonious labor relations and improve the healthy development of coal enterprise.
