Abstract
以中药饮片丝瓜络为试材,采用单因素试验和正交实验,研究了丝瓜络碱溶性多糖的最佳提取工艺.结果表明:影响多糖提取率因素的主次关系为提取时间＞提取温度＞料液比;最佳的提取工艺为料液比1∶30 g/mL、提取时间为2h、提取温度为70℃,在此条件下中药饮片中丝瓜络碱溶性多糖提取率为4.80％.
