Lyophilization of the fragment of anti-human hepatoma McAb HAb18F(ab')_2

To confirm the suitable lyoprotectants and strategy of lyophilization for the HAb18F(ab') 2 is a key to keep the quality of this bio-products.Through parallel experiments to research the effect of different lyoprotectants and different concentration.It's shown that10%sucrose has no effect to the quality of HAb18F (ab') 2 lyophilized product.And optimize the strategy for the applicable lyoprotectant to enable the producing scale-up.
