Abstract
以华北地区主栽品种“日本聚宏”樱桃萝卜为试材,研究了不同播期(4月20日至5月20日)对樱桃萝卜形态指标、营养含量和品质方面的影响.结果表明:5月1～10日为最佳播种时期,植株生长充分,可溶性糖含量适中,可溶性蛋白质含量高,维生素C含量也较高,粗纤维含量低,外观美观,鲜食口感脆嫩,甜辣适中;4月20日播种的樱桃萝卜生长不良,粗纤维含量大,根表皮粗糙,水分较少,甜味较重,口感不够嫩;5月20日播种的樱桃萝卜营养成分有所下降,口感偏辣.
