Abstract
为了使爆炸、金属碰撞等高冲击环境中使用的加速度计不会发生谐振,应使其谐振频率足够高,如Endevco公司设计的MEMS硅基压阻式加速度计(7270A-200K)的谐振频率可达1.2 MHz(幅值可达20万G);然而在这些强动载荷作用下,由于这种加速度计的阻尼很低,超量程和加速度计敏感元件的破坏仍时有发生;鉴于高G值冲击测量中输入信号的频率上限常常在100 kHz以上,研究加速度计测量结果的频率响应,从不同方面进行论证给出加速度计需要测量的频率上限,研究结果对开发更可靠的MEMS加速度计具有重要意义.
