介绍了UV光固化胶粘剂的优缺点及应用领域;以(甲基)丙烯酸环氧树脂的合成和(甲基)丙烯酸氨基甲酸酯的制备为例介绍了齐聚体的制备方法,并对活性单体、增粘剂、交联剂、光引发剂及功能性单体进行了选择.HT305胶为无色透明液体,黏度8 000 mPa*s,固化时间10 s,剪切强度20 MPa,贮存期12个月.将HT305和TB 3055在液晶显示器LCD装配中的应用进行了对比,实践表明,HT-305UV光固化胶粘剂完全可以满足LCD装配生产线的工艺要求.
