DD6合金铸件的化铣工艺研究

Abstract
对去除DD6合金铸件表面塑性变形层的化铣方法进行了研究.正交实验结果表明:影响化铣速率的主次因素依次为HNO3>HF> HCl>FeCl3,适宜的槽液配方为:HNO3 180 mL/L,HF 110 mL/L,HC1 120 mL/L,FeCl3160mg/L.化铣温度在35℃左右,单位容积化铣处理面积采用0.2~0.3 dm2/L时,可以控制腐蚀速率,化铣过程稳定,能够有效去除单晶铸件的塑性变形层.按实验确定的工艺参数进行化铣时,铸件表面上不增加新的缺陷,不发生选择性腐蚀,化铣后经热处理未出现再结晶现象.
