The course of food machinery is a core course of food major. The article expounds the features of the course, such as involving more knowledge, strong practicability for engineering and complicated content. The course takes computer assisted instruction, micro-teaching mode and other various teaching methods in order to improving the ability of using knowledge to analyze and solve practical problems for the students.
