The Application of Causal Diagram Method in Instrumental Analysis

By analyzing the impact of instrumental analysis quality by 5M1E factors,namely,Man, Machine, Method, Material, Management and Environment, it is proposed to establish the general relationship between instrumental analysis and causal diagram.The causal relationship was applied in atomic absorption spectrometry as a case study to improve the quality of instrumental analysis and take the feasibility analysis error reduction control measures.It is introduced respectively in this paper for causal relationship mapping,application and attention problems as well as the analysis of six factors in the instrument characteristics and anti-error measurements.
