Research progress of long-term care model for patient with Alzheimer's Disease

By using literature search, we reviewed the research of appropriate long-term care model for patient with Alzheimer's Disease, so that patients could receive better care and attention. Finally, 31 related articles were founded. From those, we got family care model, community care model, professional organization care model.
