An Investigation and Analysis on the Current Psychological Problems of the Employment of the Agriculture-Related Undergraduates

Through the investigation and analysis on the current psychological problems and the psychological tendency of the employment of the agriculture-related undergraduates, we proposed improving construction of aiding system through helping the agriculture-related undergraduates perfect themselves, school reform, the connection with graduate family and the talent market, strengthening the construction of social practice base and graduation practice base. The purpose is offering powerful support for further employment of agriculture-related undergraduates.
