在0.2mol·L-1的甲酸-甲酸钠缓冲液(pH 3.5)中,硒(Ⅳ)于-0.70V(vs. SCE)处有一灵敏的极谱波.在1×10-5～0.5g·L-1范围内峰电流与其浓度呈线性关系,检出限为1×10-6g·L-1,加标回收率为95.0%～114.5%,相对标准偏差为4.44%～7.39%.方法适于试样中微量硒的测定.
