目的:全面评价复方丹参片等复方丹参制剂的质量.方法:HPLC指纹图谱法.结果:利用指纹图谱技术,对市场上的多种复方丹参制剂指纹图谱进行了比较研究,并对其中的主要活性成分进行了定量分析.结论:不同厂家生产的复方丹参片的指纹图谱相差较大,质量各异.
