探讨阴虚毒瘀病机与冠心病的相关性.认为冠心病的基本病机主要有虚实两个方面,病理性质为本虚标实,本虚以气阴两虚多见,标实主要为血瘀、热毒互结,病位在心,而涉及肝、脾、肾;以阴虚毒瘀为主要病机,滋阴活血解毒是为其主要治法.
