Abstract
目的:对熏硫与未熏硫白芷体内外的高效液相色谱进行比较.方法:采用HPLC法分别测定熏硫与未熏硫白芷药材、熏硫与未熏硫白芷含药血浆和空白血浆指纹图谱,并分别进行熏硫与未熏硫白芷药材,未熏硫白芷与含药血浆指纹图谱的分析.结果:硫黄熏蒸对白芷香豆素类成分影响较大,熏硫与未熏硫白芷体内外HPLC指纹图谱结果类似.结论:为白芷药效物质基础的研究奠定了基础.
