小豆窄叶矮秆突变体的遗传学分析

Abstract
为研究EMS诱变“京农6”得到的小豆窄叶、矮秆突变体(NLD)的遗传行为,选用小豆DR029×NLD杂交组合,对亲本和F2分离群体中个体的株高和叶形进行调查统计,发现小豆突变体的窄叶矮秆性状是由单基因控制的隐性性状,为孟德尔遗传.对株高、茎粗、主茎节数、主茎分枝数、单株荚数、荚长、荚宽、单荚粒数、单株粒数、百粒重、单株产量共11个性状进行相关性调查统计,结果表明各性状间显著相关;其中株高、茎粗、荚长、单株荚数、单株粒数、单株产量的广义遗传力达到90％以上,可作为小豆杂交育种早代选育的重点考察指标.
