Abstract
黄酮类是一组具有许多健康益处的植物化学物质,具有抗氧化、抗炎及降低胆固醇等作用.但其临床应用却因生物利用度低而受到严重限制.为此,国内外就黄酮类生物利用度进行了大量研究.文章旨在综述影响黄酮类生物利用度的一些重要因素,以期为黄酮类药物的研究以及临床应用提供理论基础.
