通过对山东曲阜县孔府,北京天坛公园、地坛公园和大觉寺的古柏干部肿瘤病的实地调查和初步研究,发现千年柏树干部的肿瘤是由病原菌寄生所致,这是一种被人忽略、但存在已久的新病害.在山东曲阜柏树上发现的病原菌菌丝有两种,一种是表面光滑的,另一种表面是具刺的;产生的孢子串生,表面具刺;在北京发现的病原菌菌丝表面光滑,未发现孢子.
