Rationality evalution of drug using in 2014 in our hospital

Objective To evaluate the rationality of drug using in our hospital, and provide the reference for rational drug use in clinic. Ensure safty and efficacy in medication. Methods Choose 360 of the cases in 2014 in our hospital to comment and statistically analyze the irrational drug using. Results There are 87 cases exsit irrational drug using in total 360 cases. Conclusion It is necessary to carry out the medical record reviews work. Pharmacist should feedback the information to ensure the safty and efficient drug use.
