Abstract
目的 了解南通市家栖鼠VKORC1基因与其抗药性之间的关系.方法 提取鼠尾组织DNA,用PCR法扩增属VKORC1基因,与Genbank收录的该基因序列进行比对,确定该基因的突变情况.结果 南通市家栖鼠的抗药性与其VKORC1基因突变关联度不大,有可能是其他原因造成的.结论 南通市抗性鼠与非抗性鼠之间VKORC1基因没有氨基酸残基突变,但有SNP现象发生.
