Abstract
Die stress analysis of the crankshaft after pre-forging and final forging was carried out by using finite element software DEFORM-3D.The stress distribution was obtained and the influence of error tolerance on the die stress was explained. The phenomenon of die stress concentration was further analyzed to improve the die structure and enhance the life of the die. The study results can provide a reference for the design of crankshaft forging die.
