熵值法在卷烟消费者感官质量评价中的应用

Abstract
根据16个城市的消费者调研数据,在消费者可分辨的香气特征、舒适度、劲头、余味、杂气、烟气浓度和刺激性7项指标基础上,构建了消费者感官综合评价指标体系.文章运用熵值法对这7个指标赋权,克服了综合评价中主观赋值的局限性,借助信息论中熵的概念,建立熵值法综合评价模型,对某卷烟品牌的感官质量进行了评价.从评价结果看出,哈尔滨、成都和昆明的综合评价较好,天津、厦门、兰州等城市的评价相对较差.与实际情况相吻合.熵值法在香烟感官质量评价中是可行的,而且用熵值法赋权的综合评价方法与其它评价方法相比,更客观.
