聚四氟乙烯在油田模拟环境下的适用性评价

Abstract
为了考察聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)在油田环境中的适用性能,采用高温高压釜设备,评价了不同温度(20~60℃)下PTFE在模拟重油环境中(煤油+CO2)的质量、拉伸强度、形貌、结构和耐热性能变化规律.结果表明,PTFE虽然在模拟重油环境中发生溶胀增重现象,并导致其拉伸强度下降约5.6%,但增重率、拉伸强度下降率均远低于标准极限要求,且其形貌、结构和耐热性能均未发生明显变化,显示出良好的耐重油介质适用性.
