Abstract
通过氧化-还原引发自由基聚合反应,实现了乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷改性水性聚氨酯共聚反应.应用红外光谱测试(FTIR-ATR)表征了共聚产物,根据差示扫描量热测试(DSC)、热失重分析(TG)、X-射线衍射分析(XRD)测试分析了改性前后水性聚氨酯的热性能、结晶性能.实验结果表明,在偶联剂单体加入量为水性聚氨酯质量的2%时,体系交联度可达到12%,明显改善了水性聚氨酯疏水性,其耐水性提高了54%,耐丙酮性提高21%,断裂强度提高23 MPa.
