Abstract
为了建立胸膜肺炎放线杆菌、副猪嗜血杆菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌这3种猪常见呼吸道致病菌的区分鉴定方法,比较分析了3种细菌的生化特性,总结挑选出具有区分鉴定意义的生化项目,并从每种细菌中分别选择2个已知菌株进行生化反应的平行试验,同时用16 S rDNA技术对细菌进行鉴定.通过对6株已知菌株的区分鉴定表明,细菌生化鉴定和16 S rDNA鉴定均可用于3种猪呼吸道致病菌的鉴定,但两种方法配合使用,可以提高区别鉴定的效率和准确性.
