Abstract
采用热轧-温轧工艺制备了表面质量良好的0.35 mm 厚 Fe-6.5%Si-0.5%Cu 合金薄板。通过对热轧态和温轧态试样的显微组织观察和硬度测试,研究了Fe-6.5%Si-0.5%Cu 合金轧制后的结构及性能;同时测量了该合金温轧薄板的磁性能。研究表明,温轧态试样中含有较多的滑移带,同时含有少量的B2有序相。Fe-6.5%Si-0.5%Cu 合金薄板经热轧-温轧后板材成型性较好,饱和磁感较高,铁损较低。
