Abstract
目的检测小肠上皮间淋巴细胞(iIEL)产生IFNγ和IL-2的能力.方法采用Percoll非连续密度梯度离心法从小鼠小肠提取iIEL细胞,应用有机溶剂提取的双歧杆菌菌体多糖,将它与iIEL细胞共同孵育作用.结果双岐杆菌多糖组与正常对照组之间有显著差异(P＜0.01).结论双歧杆菌菌体多糖能促进iIEL细胞产生IFNγ和IL2.
