进行了单燃料天然气发动机电控系统开发研究.在经柴油机改进的天然气发动机上设计了高能点火系统、电控单元、传感器和执行器,加装三元催化转换器,实现闭环空燃比控制.电控单元采用MC68HC912系列单片机为核心,设计了开关型电子点火电路和峰值保持型电磁阀驱动电路,实现了点火和天然气的多点顺序喷射控制.通过电路的优化设计,提高电控单元的可靠性和抗干扰能力.台架试验证明了该电控系统的实用性.
