Abstract
目的与方法:用人精子染色体畸变试验分析昆明山海棠对人精子染色体畸变率和断裂均数的影响.结果:结果显示昆明山海棠(THH)50μg/ml、100μg/ml、200μg/ml 3个剂量组的染色体畸变率分别为11.54%、15.71%、16.79%,断裂均数为0.1346、0.2143、0 2214,与空白对照组畸变率(7.25%)和断裂均数(0.1014)比较,除50μg/ml剂量组外,其余2组均有显著性差异,P＜0.05.结论:结果表明THH对人精子染色体具有致断作用,其是否可作为男性避孕药尚待进一步研究.
