广西甜茶,为悬钩子属,具有较高的食用与药用价值,如降血糖、血脂、血压、促进新陈代谢、调节人体免疫功能等功效.广西甜茶含有甜茶苷、多酚、氨基酸、黄酮类化合物等多种生理活性成分,目前人们采用各种方法提取与纯化这些功能性成分,并取得较大进展.本文对广西甜茶的生理活性成分、药理作用、分离纯化工艺及其开发与应用研究作了较详尽的综述,为广西甜茶的进一步研究和开发提供依据.
