Abstract
报告了对46例SARS患者的心理护理过程.介绍了对患者的心理状态评估、干预措施、效果评价.结果显示,本组SARS患者中负性情绪反应强度受其年轻、未婚、非医务人员、发热持续时间长等因素的影响.逐步回归分析发现,影响本组SARS患者焦虑、抑郁、孤独相关因素有诊疗手段、情绪稳定性、医院环境、社会支持等.通过共性化心理护理与个性化心理护理,对其不良心理状态进行了干预,电话随访反馈显示干预有效.说明心理护理对促进SARS患者康复具有重要意义.
