钙钛矿钴氧化物具有丰富的物理现象,特别是其Co离子自旋态的变化更为复杂,蕴藏着丰富的物理机理.由于材料本身存在的庞磁电阻效应使其在提高磁存储密度和制备磁敏感探测元件等领域有着很广阔的应用前景,受起了广泛关注.从介绍钙钛矿氧化物的结构入手,着重阐述了钙钛矿钴氧化物中Co离子自旋态转变的研究进展,并对钙钛矿钴氧化物中存在的其他物性进行了简单综述.
