Abstract
重庆市有关建筑工程定额的基本框架已形成,但需补充、完善装饰工程方面的定额.应按等价有偿原则合理确定装饰工程的预算造价、施工费用的构成,规范计价依据,进一步完善计价体系的管理;要统-工程量计算单位.建议对工程造价实行动态管理,由建设行政主管部门与行业协会联合制定工程消耗量标准.
