8起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒分子流行病学特征分析

Abstract
目的 调查并分析镇江及周边部分地区8起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的分子流行病学特征.方法 对经API生化鉴定的40株副溶血性弧菌进行毒力基因(tdh和trh)及功能基因(toxRS/new和orf8)测定、血清学分型和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型.结果 tdh阳性率为85.0％(34/40),trh阳性率为5.0％(2/40),toxRS/new阳性率为50.0％(20/40),orf8阳性率为42.5％ (17/40);血清型以O3∶ K6为主;PFGE分型显示A～B群间相似度＞80％.结论 镇江及周边部分地区8起食物中毒事件中的副溶血性弧菌主要为O3∶ K6大流行克隆,且具有高度同源性.
